These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raflo Labs platform and website (the “Service”), operated by Raflo Labs (“Raflo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Raflo lets you build, configure, and deploy AI agents over your own business data. Features, capabilities, and limits may change over time as we improve the platform.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it.

3. Your content & responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the documents, data, and content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents to use it, including any personal data it contains.
• You are responsible for how your deployed agents respond to your customers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate third-party terms;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the Service;
• generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content; or
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5. AI output

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions. The Service is provided as a tool, not professional advice.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g. AI/LLM providers, messaging channels, calendars, and hosting). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Fees & credits

Usage is metered with credits/plans as described in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raflo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
